Organic Matcha Powder from Japan 100g
Description
Organic Matcha Powder - 100g
Matcha powder consists of ground green tea leaves. Mrs Flury Matcha powder comes from Japan. There it has a long tradition - not only in consumption, but also in cultivation. The process is demanding, labor-intensive and has strict requirements to ensure that the plant meets the standards for later processing into matcha powder. The leaves are also harvested by hand. After harvesting, the leaves are gently ground to ensure the quality of the powder.
Matcha naturally contains many antioxidants and caffeine. The difference in caffeine content between matcha and coffee is not great and varies depending on how the coffee is prepared. However, the caffeine in matcha is absorbed differently by the body than the caffeine in coffee - it is absorbed more slowly, which prevents an afternoon energy slump.
