Right of Return

We guarantee a 14-day right of return after receipt of items purchased in the online shop. This applies to all items, provided they are unopened and undamaged. Otherwise, we cannot credit the corresponding amount.

For Hurom devices, they can only be returned if they are unopened (Hurom seal undamaged).

For items purchased in our shop in Basel, we guarantee a 7-day right of return for unopened and perfect goods.

Send us an email with the subject "Return" and your order number to: hello@mrsflury.com
