SPICY, TANGY & FRESH, our chili pickle. Inspired by the classic chili pickle that we got to know and love in India, this is our version, which can brighten up many a dish with its fresh acidity and great spiciness.
We love it with Indian food such as Palak Paneer, Chana Masala, Samosas, Biryani or Dal, but it also tastes great in salad dressings, with strong cheese, potatoes (e.g. "Geschwellti" :P) or in a sandwich or burger instead of classic pickles. And in general, simply wherever a little more acidity & a little spice can't hurt.

Ingredients: apple cider vinegar, green chilies (24.6%), rapeseed oil, yellow & black mustard seeds (6.2%), onions, salt, garlic, ginger, spices
