Organic Ceremonial Matcha - 30 g
This organic matcha is of the highest quality and has a slightly tart taste. For Mrs Flury Organic Ceremonial Matcha, only the finest, young leaves of the tea plants are used. These are cultivated according to strict organic standards on a plantation in the very south of Japan. After drying and removing the leaf veins, the leaves are ground into a fine powder in granite stone mills.

Note: Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children and pregnant women (2,350 mg caffeine per 100 g).

Preparation: Sieve 1-2 g of matcha into a bowl and pour 80 °C hot, preferably soft water over it. Then whisk the tea with a small whisk for about 30 seconds until foamy.
Storage: After opening, please store in the refrigerator.
