Use:
Place the baking mat on the baking tray and spread the ingredients on it. No baking paper is needed and no greasing is required. The baking mat withstands temperatures of up to 230° C. It is dishwasher safe, but usually only needs to be wiped briefly.
It can also be used as a dough mat, but sharp/pointed kitchen utensils should be avoided.
