Organic Matcha Okumidori - 30 g
Our most exclusive matcha in the finest ceremonial quality. This rare Okumidori variety comes from the organic terroir of Kirishima in Kagoshima. The hand-picked leaves are gently dried using the traditional Ro method.This gives the tea its bright green color and a rich, slightly roasted aroma.
Ingredients: 100% Matcha green tea powder (from certified organic cultivation in Japan)
Note: Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children and pregnant women (2'350 mg caffeine per 100 g).

Preparation: Sieve 1-2 g of matcha into a bowl and pour 80 °C hot, preferably soft water over it. Then whisk the tea with a small whisk for about 30 seconds until foamy.
Storage: After opening, please store in the refrigerator.
